Arrival

Here we are in Australia, landed on time but there were only 2 people working immigration so it took quite awhile to get checked through. When there were less than 10 people left to process 3 or 4 more people showed up to help out. But we finally made it and Clint was waiting patiently for us. We went straight to Clint's house in Brisbane, unpacked our riding clothes, got dressed up and then rode about 100 miles to get Jeff's rental bike. Then we took the scenic route to lunch at a restaurant where there were about 150 motorcyclists.and finally back to Brisbane. That added another 100 miles. No big mistakes today from riding on the other side of the road. It helped our jet lag to spend the day riding. I remembered some of the places from my last trip here. Now we are watching qualifying for tomorrow's motorcycle race. That will last until 11 PM but I am not sure if I will make it. The eyes are getting heavy.
